GAL Baby formula 30+60+30 capsules

Our GAL Babaváró® product has been developed in the light of the latest research, keeping in mind the naturalness and vitality of the product, so that it contains all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, not different from the way they would be obtained through a constant, nutrient-dense, varied diet.

Where beneficial, vitamins and minerals are partially derived from organically grown (organic) extracts of medicinal and herbal plants. In terms of quantities, it was important throughout that the daily intake should certainly include the dose that was found to be effective, but in no case should it exceed the amount that is considered to be a safe amount, i.e. the amount that could not be covered by any dietary means. In addition, it is essential that the smooth development of a new life is not hindered by anything that is not appropriate. There is no trace of this in our product.

Consumption advice. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to eat saltwater fish/seafood 2-3 times a week. If not, we also recommend taking GAL Omega-3 Eco.

If your diet is not rich in magnesium (you don't have a good daily intake of game meats, cephalopods, molluscs, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin), you should also consume good quality magnesium; we have three types in our range. Or we simply recommend switching to GAL+ Baby Food®, which also contains these ingredients.

You can read more about choline and find out more about your individual needs on our choline.gal.uk site. All four capsules can be taken at the same time with any main meal during the day, however it is better to take them in the morning or during the day than in the evening.

If you want to maximise the absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal, and the soft gelatine oil capsules with any main meal, but best taken with the fat-richest, non-evening meal.
