Germination bowl instructions for use:

1. Set the jar on its base.
2. Sprinkle the seeds (usually one tablespoon is enough).
3. Fill with water, screw on the cap, and let stand for a few hours.
4. When the soaking time is up, turn the jar upside down and pour out the water.
5. Place the bottle on a plate at a 45 degree angle with the rim protruding.
6. The sprouts will be well ventilated in the jar.
7. Rinse the sprouts thoroughly in the morning and evening without removing the lid.
8. Replace the jar at a 45 degree angle.
9. After a few days you will be able to enjoy your home-grown, delicious and healthy sprouts.

Attention:
