Suggested use:

May be used at 0,5 % for the preparation of jams, fruit tarts, fruit and vegetable jellies. Use 0.5 % of the combined weight of fruit + sugar in Stabark.
For example 4500 g fruit and 500 g sugar + 25 g Stabark.

To make jam:
The jelling mix is thoroughly mixed with the sugar for perfect dissolution and added to the fruit while boiling. Boil for 2-3 minutes and then pour into a jar.
For a min. 2-3 minutes, add the fruit to the jelly and cook for about 2 minutes. The jelling is done at a temperature of min. 75 °C. It does not work cold!
