Nepali Singing Bowl The singing bowls fit perfectly into each other, making them easy to store. The bowls gradually increase in size from the crown chakra to the root chakra – the smallest bowl is tuned to the crown chakra, while the largest is tuned to the root chakra.

It is recommended to listen to the recordings with headphones for a better experience of the bowl's vibration. :)

The bowls are composed of 4 metals. This was confirmed by having a piece from the set tested at a renowned Hungarian laboratory. The test report is included here in the description. They sound beautiful, almost like 7-metal bowls. (Without knowing the metal composition, one could hardly tell the difference.)
