Can be used in breadmaking or traditional bakery products to increase the gluten content of flour (dosage: 1 ecu/500 g).
Preparation of wheat flour:
Mix the wheat flour powder with warm water to make a rubbery paste. Form into shoes and min. Form into balls and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes. Cook in boiling spiced water.
