Natures Aid Iron Complex 90 tablets

The Natures Aid Iron Complex tablet is designed to provide the body with the recommended daily amount of iron, combined with vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folic acid. The iron bisglycinate form is said to be more easily absorbed by the body and is also gentler on the stomach.

Natures Aid Iron Complex tablets have been combined with vitamin C because vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron. In addition, both the folic acid and vitamin B12 contained in it contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

Active ingredient content per daily dose:

In 1 tablet: 80 mg vitamin C, 100 μg folic acid, 100 μg vitamin B12, 14 mg iron.

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dicalcium phosphate; vitamin C; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; iron bisglycinate chelate preparation; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; folic acid; vitamin B12 preparation (cyanocobalamin, calcium phosphate).

Recommended daily allowance:

1 tablet daily with meals.
