Active ingredients per daily dose:

5 ml contain: 10 μg vitamin D3, 4585 mg purified fish oil, 1605 mg Omega-3 fatty acids of which: 825 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 550 mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Ingredients:

purified fish oil; antioxidant: mixed tocopherols; flavour: natural lemon flavour; vitamin D3 oil (medium chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, D-alpha-tocopherol)

Recommended daily amount:

1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day between 6-12 years of age.
