Our GAL+ Multivitamin has been developed in the light of the latest research, keeping in mind the naturalness and vitality of the product, to provide all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, not different from the way they would be obtained through a steady diet of nutrients and variety. Where beneficial, vitamins and minerals are partially derived from organically grown (organic) extracts of herbs and spices.

In the case of quantities, it has always been important to ensure that the daily intake contains the dosage that is considered effective, but in no case exceeds the amount that is considered to be a safe daily intake, i.e. the amount that could not be covered by any dietary means. In addition, it is extremely important that, in addition to carefully selected raw materials, nothing that is not appropriate is left behind. You won't find any trace of that in our products.

Daily dose: 1 Lipofil oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophil powder capsules (orange) + 5 ml (4.4 g) of complementary drink powder.

Recommended intake: Lipofil oil and Hydrophil powder capsules: to be taken with a few sips of liquid during meals, preferably at breakfast or lunch, not at dinner. All three capsules can be taken at the same time, but because of the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at the same meal, so that those who are sensitive to them can avoid digestive discomfort. Complementary drink powder. Although it can be taken as a single drink, it is preferable to take it in several doses to maximise the absorption. It should be consumed within 8 hours of dissolution, so it is advisable to prepare 1 portion of 2,5-2,5 ml of powder in the morning and 1 portion in the afternoon. It is convenient to sip during the day.

Choline has been removed from the product because our experience from feedback and recent studies on choline point in one direction: the type and method of choline supplementation is optimal for different individuals. For some, lecithin is best, for others choline salt or other sources of choline are best, and supplementation may even be unnecessary, e.g. with a high intake of quinoa and/or egg yolk/liver yolk.
