Natures Aid Pro-Max 30 billion capsules use an award-winning blend of eight bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacteriium animalis subsp. lactis, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium bifidum. These bacteria have been shown to be resistant to bile and gastric acid and are therefore able to colonise the microbiome after ingestion.

The product can also be included in a vegan diet and contains 30 billion bacteria per capsule. Only bacteria that are stable at room temperature are used in the Bio360 family of products, meaning that these supplements do not require refrigeration.
