The Natures Aid Ginger-Turmeric-Bromelain tablet contains 100 mg of bromelain at a strength of 2000 Gelatine Digesting Units (GDU) per gram.

1 tablet contains: 500 mg ginger root extract equivalent to 500 mg dried ginger root providing 4 mg Gingerol, Shogaol, Zingerone 500 mg turmeric root extract equivalent to 500 mg dried turmeric root 100 mg bromelain, 1 g contains 2000 Gelatin Digesting Units

Recommended daily amount:

1-3 tablets per day with meals.
