Myo Inositol 200g
Inositol is a vitamin-like substance found in the tissues of our body and in many foods. It used to be classified as a B vitamin (vitamin B-8) but our bodies can produce small amounts of it. So it is an
"unofficial" B vitamin, as the body can synthesise it in the form of myo-inositol.
Myo-inositol is the most stable of the nine possible forms of inositol, so it is also the most commonly found in supplements.
