Himalayan Salt is pure and natural. Its crystals were formed by the drying of the primordial sea more than 220 million years ago. Today, it is found at depths of around 400-600 metres, protected from any pollution. It is therefore pure and rich in minerals. It contains 84 types of minerals, including magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iodine and selenium.
