oat flakes, corn starch, oat flour, potato flakes, breadcrumbs(wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), sunflower, flaxseed meal, toasted sesame seeds, barley, wheat and rye flakes, brown rice flour, sea salt, red onion, mixed vegetables (carrot, parsnip, leek), garlic, parsley greens, mushroom powder 2.2% (witch hazel 1.5%, chilli 0.7%), paprika, spices.
