Incense Bundle - White Sage & Lavender 22.5cm

White Sage is widespread among the indigenous people of Central America who practice shamanism. It has been used for centuries in cleansing rituals.

Sage has a very strong, pungent smell, which can best be described as spicy. It is not for everyone, so unlike other scents, it is used mainly for its effects. In this batch, sage is combined with lavender. Sage is effective for repelling mosquitoes and other insects.

Its use is relatively simple. The bundle is burnt, left to burn for a short time, blown out and left to ash on a non-combustible support such as a shell, plate or bowl. The smoke from the bundle can be dispersed around the room by hand or with a bundle of feathers. After the ceremony is complete, you can cut off the end of the incense, let it burn and use the rest of the bundle as follows.
