Instructions for Use – Cleaning

Step 1: Cleaning the Handpan

• Spray the Meinl Sonic Energy Handpan Cleaner onto the handpan’s playing surface from approximately 8 inches (20 cm) away.
• Ensure even application.

Step 2: Let the Cleaner Sit

• Allow the cleaner to work for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Wipe

• Wipe the surface thoroughly using the included dry, lint-free cloth.

Step 4: Stubborn Dirt

• Repeat the process on tougher areas if necessary.

Instructions for Use – Protection

Step 5: Applying the Protector

• Shake the Meinl Sonic Energy Handpan Protector bottle before use.
• Spray the protector onto an absorbent cloth (not directly onto the handpan), and gently rub it over the surface.

Step 6: Initial Drying

• After a short drying period of about 1-2 minutes, wipe with a dry cloth and polish the surface.

Step 7: Final Drying

• Let the protector dry fully for 4-5 hours for complete, long-lasting protection.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule

Repeat this treatment every few days or weeks, depending on the condition of your handpan.
