Grotta Sonora gongs are tuned by ear. They are not forced into a specific note or frequency but allowed to resonate naturally, bringing out their best qualities. This means that the gongs resonate within a specific range of tones determined by their diameter.

The indicated range includes the most common tones in which the gongs resonate best. Most gongs of this size are tuned to this range, but exceptions can always occur!
