Peppermint essential oil

Galdoil essential oils are made by distillation, during which hot steam is circulated through the harvested plant parts, which opens the small pockets between the cells where the essential oil hides. The small aroma molecules stick to the water vapour particles and continue their journey through small tubes where they gradually cool the water. As the water cools, the essential oil is released and remains on the surface. This is separated from the surface of the water and bottled.
