Alkalmazható keverékben bőrre kenve, szaglóüvegben, párologtatva.
Fejfájás csillapítása 1-2 csepp borsmenta illóolaj (Mentha Piperita)
A fejfájás megjelenésekor használj 1-2 cseppet a halántékodra dörzsölve. Szükség esetén ismételd.
Az illóolaj párolgása miatt a szemet pár percig csípheti, érdemes lehunyt szemmell maradni erre az időre.
