Neroli essential oil is extracted from the flowers of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium var. Amara) and has a scent similar to bergamot. The flowers are collected by hand and the oil is produced by steam distillation as the flowers are too fragile for steam distillation. It is one of the most popular essential oils for its wonderful fragrance and therapeutic properties.

Neroli essential oil is very calming and is said to relieve chronic anxiety, depression, fear, depression, shock and stress. It is also thought to soothe intestinal cramps, colitis and diarrhea.
