It is also used to treat nerve-related and stress-related headaches and migraines. It is claimed to relieve mental fatigue while giving clarity and mental strength. This oil is said to relieve constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and is also said to be effective for menstrual problems. It is useful in relieving gout as it helps reduce uric acid in the blood. It helps with arthritis, refreshes the skin and cures insect bites.
