Ylang-ylang in Malay means flower of flowers. It is the raw material of the most expensive perfumes. The essential oil is extracted in spring and autumn from fresh flowers picked in the early morning sunshine, and small stills are used to extract the essential oil, as the flowers are easily damaged by weight and pressure.
It is used to reduce blood pressure, to treat rapid heartbeat, to calm the nervous system, for its antidepressant properties, for general anti-convulsant effects and to stimulate sexual desire in women, among other things.
Ylang ylang gives the energy of relaxation to those who inhale its sweet, lush scent. It also has an aphrodisiac effect. Women's lack of sexual desire or drive is often due to the fact that we as women focus on the imperfect details of our bodies, not believing that our partner loves us and our bodies as we are. Ylang ylang helps us to get into the present, surrendering to the touch, the smell, the here and now.

Alkalmazható keverékben bőrre kenve, szaglóüvegben, párologtatva.
Az ylang-ylang párologtatóba téve, vagy növényi olajhoz keverve testbedörzsölőként növeli a libidót és az érzékiséget. Ez a buja, édes illat kiválóan harmonizál az édesnarancs héj illóolajával. Az adagolással óvatosan kell bánni, intenzív, mély illata alacsony cseppszámban is erőteljes.
