About Us – The Mission of Természetkosár
We, Feri and Ricsi, founded the Természetkosár online store, which started as a dream in a garage. We wanted to create something special—not just an online store but a community that connects small-scale producers, artisans, and family businesses who create high-quality, natural products with people who appreciate these values.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to bring people closer to nature’s treasures and to show that in everyday life, it is possible to choose authentic, value-creating products that truly contribute to our well-being and foster a more harmonious relationship with nature.
Whether it’s food, household items, home decor, spiritual instruments, toys, or cosmetics, each of our products embodies naturalness, timeless values, and the power of conscious choice.


Inspired by the success of a family business
It all started with a realization. In a neighboring village, a family business won the award for the best pumpkin seed oil in Europe, yet they had no online store where they could sell their products directly.
This made us realize that many small businesses produce excellent, high-quality products but lack the necessary tools, time, or opportunities to reach a broader audience.
We decided to create our own online store—not just as a sales platform, but as a supportive environment for small-scale producers, family businesses, and artisans, helping their products reach those who truly appreciate natural and authentic solutions.
We started from a garage
The first steps literally began in a garage. Feri had the bigger garage, so we set up our first "warehouse" there, where we stored and packed incoming products. Meanwhile, Ricsi designed and developed the online store, and as a small but highly enthusiastic team, we launched Természetkosár.
We were overjoyed with our first orders, and from the beginning, we aimed to maintain a personal and direct relationship with our customers. We answered calls from morning till night, even on weekends, because it was important to us to respond to every question and truly assist people.
We were passionate about our products, spoke about them with enthusiasm, and if we made a mistake, we took it seriously, always ensuring proper compensation.
As we started selling more unique products, we quickly outgrew the garage. We didn’t just offer Hungarian products anymore; we started discovering valuable, natural goods from all over the world. Within a few months, products from 16 different countries arrived, and soon we were offering over 5,000 items. A year later, we reached 9,000 products, which created a growing need for a larger warehouse and an expanding team.
By then, Természetkosár was much more than just an online store—it had become a thriving community where customers not only received products but also a meaningful experience.


Our first warehouse and showroom
A few months after launching, we outgrew the garage and rented our first warehouse, which gave us more space for storage and order processing. At the same time, we set up a small showroom where we could meet our customers in person and showcase our products.
The new building was a bit old and needed some care. We spent all our free time renovating—plastering, painting, cleaning, assembling furniture—while continuously managing orders and improving the webshop. It was an intense period, but we enjoyed every moment because we knew we were working toward something greater.
We were grateful to our wives, who not only supported us but also helped whenever they could. They stood by us even when we were packaging orders at 2 AM, tired but dedicated to growing Természetkosár.
We created our own brand – The Birth of Deer of Light
As Természetkosár continued to grow, an exciting new opportunity arose. We obtained the exclusive distribution rights for Galaxy Gongs in Hungary and began selling Grotta Sonora gongs as well. As we delved deeper into this world, we noticed that the market for gong stands was very limited, and finding high-quality, aesthetically pleasing stands was difficult.
After months of planning and development, we created our own brand, Deer of Light. This became not just a new product line but an international brand that stands out with its unique and bold design. Our stands depict a bowing stag, symbolizing respect for the light. According to Hungarian legends, the stag carries the sun between its antlers, representing enlightenment.
We are proud that these stands carry the message of Hungarian traditions and have now become available internationally. In Portugal, one of our partners has already secured exclusive distribution rights, and more and more places recognize the unique design and premium quality of Deer of Light. This is a huge milestone for us, confirming that pursuing this new direction was the right decision.


Our future and mission
Természetkosár has never been just an online store for us. We have always believed in contributing something meaningful to the world and actively helping others—not just through products but through mindset and values.
That’s why we are launching a new video series on our YouTube channel, where we will talk with inspiring individuals and visit family businesses dedicated to making the world and people’s lives better. We want to introduce those who work with passion and commitment and share their messages so that more people can get to know and draw inspiration from them.
This is not an advertisement or a sales campaign—it is purely driven by our mission, funded by ourselves, because we believe the world can become a better place by supporting those who create genuine value.

Feri – The Community-Building Merchant
Feri has always been a community-oriented person and an entrepreneur. Living in Bábolna, he ran his own store for many years, where he mastered the art of commerce and learned the importance of personal connections. After selling his business, he sought new challenges and opened a gym, where he worked as a personal trainer, helping others improve their fitness and lead healthier lives.
His passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle led him to realize that the quality and origin of our food are just as important as exercise itself. He became increasingly immersed in the world of healthy nutrition, and when he partnered with Ricsi to create Természetkosár, he knew it would be more than just an online store.
He wanted to build a community based on trust and real values, where people could be sure that what they choose is authentic, pure, and truly beneficial to their lives.

Ricsi – The Creative Thinker
Ricsi spent his childhood on a farm where his family ran an organic agricultural business. This experience left a deep mark on him, shaping his perspective and driving him to live naturally and sustainably while helping others achieve their goals.
Upon entering city life, he became a marketing expert and founded Ideastyle, a marketing agency that provided creative solutions to help small businesses grow.
With a background in both business and spirituality, Ricsi contributes to Természetkosár not only with his strategic mindset but also with his dedication to authentic values. His experience helps ensure that Természetkosár is not just a sales platform but a true community where customers find inspiration for a more conscious and nature-centered lifestyle.
